Who? Star of Hogan’s Heroes.
Real? Yes. Lots and lots of them.
Bob Crane, who played Colonel Hogan on Hogan’s Heroes, was murdered in 1978. After his death, Crane’s prolific and kinky sex life came to light. He photographed and filmed his sexual adventures with hundreds of women, both in his southern California home and on the road. For twenty years that material remained private. Scotty Crane, son of Bob Crane and wife Sigrid Valdis (who played Hilda on Hogan’s Heroes, inherited the private sex tape archive. In 2001, Scottie Crane decided to publish the photos and film clips on a subscription website and in a book. Crane’s other children denounced what they see as Scottie’s sleazy profiteering at their father’s expense.
San Francisco Weekly wrote about the Bob Crane sex tape archive controversy in 2001. Scottie defended his publication of the photos and movies, bragged about dad’s huge penis, and stressed that the archive disproved rumors that dad was into S&M or gay sex.
As of 2009, the Bob Crane sex tape archive has been long offline. Scotty Crane’s book never found a publisher. The photos and movies don’t seem to be collected anywhere online today.
