She quit Baywatch in 1998, right after an episode in which her character marries David Hasselhoff’s character. Hmmm. She posed nude for Playboy in 2001. So by the time the Geena Lee Nolin sex tape rumors started, she was an established sex symbol.
Nolin was married to Greg Fahlman from 1993 to 2004. She and Fahlman apparently made a home sex video sometime around 1995. Rumors about the video started swirling in late 2003, and in April 2004 it appeared on a celebrity porn site.
