Real? Yes, the tape is available on DVD and online, and it’s definitely her.
Jessica Sierra finished in tenth place in the fourth season of American Idol, and she later appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. In December 2007 she was arrested for disorderly intoxication and cocaine possession in Tampa. According to the police report, she called one cop a “dick-sucking faggot”; begged another “I’ll suck your dick if you don’t take me to jail”, then yelled “fuck you, nigger” when he turned down the offer; and vomited in the back seat of the police car. After that arrest, she spent 39 days in jail. Since then she has reportedly gotten clean and sober.
The Jessica Sierra sex tape was shot sometime in 2007. Vivid acquired the footage and released it in early 2008 under the title Jessica Sierra Superstar.

The Vivid video runs 66 minutes — roughly six minutes showing Jessica taking a bath and shower, then 45 minutes of explicit sex, then ten minutes following Jessica while she gets a tattoo. The dude in the sex tape is one Charles “C” Youngblood, whom she supposedly met at a Tampa Hooters.
