Some time in 2001, the infamous Libby Hoeler videos started to circulate on file-sharing networks. In the five clips totalling 16 minutes, Libby Hoeler dances naked in her University of Wisconsin dorm room. At times she plays with a dildo and blows kisses to the camera.
The story goes: Libby Hoeler made these videos on her webcam and sent them to her boyfriend, who attended a different college. The boyfriend got mad when they broke up, and put the tapes online to get back at her. This may or may not be true.
