Later Sandro “Rico” Padrone appeared on another reality dating TV show, Foursome on the Playboy Channel. Each episode of Foursome puts two men and two women together in a mansion for 24 hours, which typically leads to various on-camera sexual encounters. Rico hooked up with a female showmate on his episode, including one scene involving chocolate syrup.
