Who? Singaporean comedian-filmmaker.
Real? Probably not. A blackmailer publicly claimed to have the tape.
Jack Neo suffered through his own Tiger Woods/Jesse James-style tabloid scandal in March 2010. Various women came forward claiming that Neo — who is married with four kids — slept with them or hit on them. By March 9, according to his Wikipedia page, Jack Neo was linked to eleven different women.
On March 31, 2010, the scandal escalated when an anonymous blackmailer claimed to have a sex tape showing Jack Neo with Foyce Le. The blackmailer emailed Neo (and cc-ed several news outlets) this message:
“To Mr Jack Neo,
I am a (redacted). I am writing to you regarding your affair with Foyce Le xuan. I have a video of you and Ms Le engaging in sexual intercourse in a hotel room and will be publishing a report about it. In view of your denials about having an affair with Ms Le, I would like your comments about the video before I publish this news.
I have attached a picture taken from the video for your reference.
I love the “Regards”. The world would be a nicer place if more blackmailers remembered simple courtesy.
Foyce Le (aka Foyce Le Xuan or Foyce Lim Le Xuan) was one of the women who came forward in early March and accused Jack Neo of trying to seduce her. She claims that she never slept with Neo, though many sources identify her as one of Neo’s mistresses. She insists the sex tape claim must be a fake, since she never had intercourse with Jack Neo in a hotel room.
Unless the blackmailer comes through with the goods, ICSTDB calls this one “unsubstantiated rumor, probably false”.
