Who? Rock star and actress.
Real? Probably not; the video circulates widely, but there’s no way to tell if any actual sex occured.
Rockstar Marilyn Manson and actress Evan Rachel Wood have dated off and on since 2006. Manson wrote the song “Heart-Shaped Glasses” about Wood, and it became the first single from the 2007 Eat Me, Drink Me CD.
Evan Rachel Wood appeared with Marilyn Manson in the music video for “Heart-Shaped Glasses”, which debuted in late April 2007. At the time, there were rumors that Manson and Wood had actual sex during filming. Radar reported:
Family-values types have always had it in for Marilyn Manson. So just imagine their reaction when they find out that the aging agent of Satan is having actual sex with his teenage paramour in his newest video.
The video for “Heart-Shaped Glasses” (viewable here) features Manson and actress Evan Rachel Wood, a real-life couple since last fall. It begins with a lengthy sex sequence in which Wood, who is 19, reaches a loud climax (no word on whether that’s fake). There’s also a segment in which the starlet, dressed as Lolita, rubs her crotch while watching Manson perform onstage, and another in which she lies drenched in blood.

Most coverage of the video has been rather frantic speculation on whether Marilyn Manson and actress Evan Rachel Wood are actually having penetrative sex in the opening scene of the seven plus minutes long vid. It is totally irrelevent to the final product whether or not his penis was actually in her vagina, as neither is visible, but the two manage to communicate wonderful chemistry between them on screen.
Watch the full-length “Heart-Shaped Glasses” video online. There’s also a shorter version of the video without the sex scene.
There’s no way to tell whether or not Marilyn Manson and Evan Rachel Wood were really having sex in the video. It’s dark, and only their upper torsos are visible.
Most likely they just simulated sex on the video set, then Interscope PR spread the “they’re really doing it” rumor to generate bad boy buzz, which worked like a charm.
