Emilie Nefnaf and Léo Elbaz were both contestants on Secret Story 3, a French reality TV series much like Big Brother. The show ran from June to September 2009, and Emilie ended up the winner.

They dated, made a sex tape at some point, then split up. Entrevue magazine somehow acquired the tape and published still images in the issue that hit newsstands in early July, 2010.

It sounds like Léo might have sold the sex tape to Entrevue. Emilie says Léo told her someone must have hacked his computer, which she doubts.
