In September 2010, The Star supermarket tabloid ran a gossip story about Ashton Kutcher “kissing and groping a hot young blonde by an out-of-the-way bathroom at Italian restaurant Madeo in L.A.”
Two weeks later, The Star ran another Ashton Kutcher cheating story in which:
A 21-year-old woman exclusively details her hot night with the married actor, who celebrates his fifth anniversary with Demi Moore later this month.
The brunette Demi look-alike — who you’ll see only in Star — says that she met Ashton in July while bowling at Lucky Strike Lanes in Hollywood. Although the That ’70s Show star was there with Demi, his stepdaughter Rumer Willis and some other friends, it didn’t stop him from swooping in and striking up a conversation with the young woman, who was sitting at a cocktail table.
Although the woman admits she knew Ashton was there with Demi, that didn’t stop her from slipping him her number on a cocktail napkin when he was getting ready to go. But little did she know that just days later she’d be having sex with Ashton on a sofa in the house he shares with Demi and her daughters!
Ashton Kutcher adamantly denied both Star stories.
Brittney Jones sex tape Vivid
The 21-year-old brunette in the second story was Brittney Jones. And selling her story to The Star was just the beginning. In December, Jones tried to sell a sweater supposedly given to her by Kutcher on eBay.
Vivid Entertainment quickly arranged to release a celebrity sex tape featuring Brittney Jones. She insisted that she had no involvement with the Vivid release, but no one really believes that. The man in the video is apparently an ex-boyfriend of Brittney Jones, definitely not Ashton Kutcher. It’s not clear if they filmed the sex tape before or after Jones hit the tabloids.

Ashton Kutcher’s lawyers attempted to block Vivid from using the actor’s name in publicity for Brittney Jones Confidential.
Ashton’s lawyers have fired off a letter to Vivid Entertainment — claiming they’re specifically pissed over a press release for the video, which says, “Ashton’s fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced.”
In the legal letter, Ashton’s lawyers claim Vivid is infringing on the actor’s “marketable celebrity identity value” — and promise they will unleash a legal nightmare against Vivid unless they stop associating his name with the Brittney Jones sex tape.
So does Brittney Jones count as a “celebrity”? And does the video count as a “sex tape” if it was contracted by and created for a porn studio?
