April Pratt (possibly a pseudonym) uploaded her amateur porn video to World Star HipHop around October 28, 2011. The video quickly went viral. Within a few days it had nearly a million views, and “April Pratt” had become a trending topic on Twitter and Facebook.
The six-minute sex tape had this descriptive title on WSHH: Is This The New Trend “HeadHunter”!? Girl Allegedly From University Of Memphis Gave An Interview, Chewed Up This Guy & Blew Nut Bubbles!
The first fifteen seconds of the video show April Pratt wearing a University of Memphis sweatshirt sitting on some campus steps. Cut to an indoor location, and we see 5½ minutes of April Pratt giving some dude a blowjob. One uninterrupted shot from a waist-level stationary camera setup. The dude comes in her mouth, she drools spooge all over her chin and briefly blows bubbles. The Twitter address “@Realaprilpratt” appears onscreen throughout the blowjob.
Comparisons to Amber Cole popped up in the blogosphere, since that other student blow job video scandal had happened just two weeks earlier. However, there were obvious differences. Everyone involved in the April Pratt sex tape was a consenting adult, and the fellatrix was clearly playing to the camera and imitating porn mannerisms. No one was a victim here. The April Pratt video is just one of countless amateur porn vids posted online, nothing especially clever or hot or controversial.
In a followup YouTube video entitled “REAL APRIL PRATT & FRIEND VIEWS HER OVER NIGHT SUCCCESS VID & GIVES WOMEN TIPS”, the new pornstar boasted about becoming an “internet sensation” and how many hits her video has gotten. She had the right to boast a little. The blowjob was nothing special, but April Pratt definitely deserves kudos for her social media marketing skills.
