Real? Probably yes.
Ines Juranovic is a model from Slovenia. She was the cover model and centerfold in the November 2002 issue of Slovenian Playboy, and later appeared on two more Playboy covers (in group shots). She was 2004 Miss Hawaiian Tropic.
Early in her career, Ines Juranovic did some softcore photo shoots for other sites, including Nubiles (where she went by “Monica”) and Karups (where she was “Amanda”). She also did at least one hardcore photo shoot, on the same blue/green/yellow couch as one of her Karups/Amanda shoots. In 2005, with her career taking off, the hardcore photos — previously available inside the membership area of a US-based porn site, thus relatively hard to find — leaked in the local press and created a scandal.

The Slovenian Times reported in April 2005:
Pictures were released featuring a naked Ms Juranovic in various stages of sexual intercourse with a man who was supposedly her ex-boyfriend. This triggered a sex scandal equal to that of Severina and Aurelio Juri, shaking the whole country, including the girl’s shocked parents. “But wait,” said Ines, “I was blackmailed into doing it by the photographer (Gregor Hvastja).” A few days and newspaper articles later, however, she admitted that that was a lie; a futile attempt to protect her reputation. She confessed that she was actually paid (very little in fact) and that she thought the photos would only be seen in America. That, however, did not stop us from downloading the pictures en masse.
Then in August 2008, a full-blown Ines Juranovic sex tape appeared online. Slovenian gossip zine Požareport published stills from the sex tape, which it said was filmed at the Veronika Inn in the ski resort town Maribor Pohorje.
The 7½-minute clip is most definitely an amateur home video, not a professional porn production. The image is grainy and gauzy, probably shot with a mobile phone. The handheld camera whips around, exacerbating the blur and rendering much of it unwatchable. It’s a very explicit hardcore video with extended closeups of fellatio and intercourse. According to a robo-translated version of the Požareport article, Ines’ sex tape partner was an “unidentified member of the Maribor Police and criminal milieu, whose full name is known to editors”.

Ines Juranovic weathered the sex tape scandal as well. In 2010, she was a contestant on the Slovenian TV edition of Big Brother, where she finished runnerup.
