Yana Hristova studied classical and modern ballet growing up, competed in rhythmic gymnastics and did some modelling. At age 18 she landed a dancing girl gig on the Bulgarian TV show Gospodari Na Efira (Lords of the Air), a comedy news show based on the Italian show Striscia la notizia (Tearing the News to Shreds), as one of the “Adrenaline Girls”. There’s a Lords of the Air clip on Vimeo that shows the Adrenaline Girls dancing between segments.
The Yana Hristova sex tape appeared online in fall 2010. It runs eight minutes or so, though the first few minutes are mostly undressing and camera setup. It’s clearly an amateur home video, grainy and poorly lit. The common story goes that the ex-boyfriend released the video for “revenge”.

The video circulates online under titles “Bulgarian Dancer Adrenaline Yana Hristova Sex Tape” or “Porno with Adrenaline Jana”. Someone appears to have made a serious effort to get the video removed from sites and search listings, but that’s never gonna be 100% successful.
