Real? No, just a fake starring someone who doesn’t even look much like Adriana Lima.

Adriana Lima is a true supermodel. She was one of the top five highest-earning models in the world in 2006, 2007 and 2008. She has worked for Victoria’s Secret since 2000, including a feature role with Bob Dylan in the infamous “Angel in Venice” TV spot. She has appeared on the cover of just about every magazine you can think of, and she has modelled for just about every designer you can think of.

In 2006 she told a magazine interviewer that she was still a virgin (at age 24). She dated Lenny Kravitz and Prince Wenzeslaus of Liechtenstein before marrying Serbian basketball player Marko Jaric in 2009.

Sex tape rumors started swirling in late 2007. In January 2008, a so-called Adriana Lima sex tape spread around the internet. It wasn’t her. This was one of the least plausible lookalike fakes in the history of fake lookalike celebrity sex tapes.

Adriana Lima quickly denied being the woman in the circulating clip. Her rep stated the obvious: “Not her. It’s the face. It doesn’t even look like her at all.” He’s right, it doesn’t.

The blog Celebitchy mocked the lame fakery: “She did star in a photoshoot for GQ magazine that looked like a gang bang scene, but in the clip the woman’s face only slightly resembles hers. There are also two guys in the film, not just the one she’s banging. Another man’s black socks are visible on the bed in some shots. Plus the camera is moving around, so there’s someone controlling it, and it looks like standard porn. Celebrity sex tapes typically involve two people and a stable camera.”

Verdict: there is no Adriana Lima sex tape.
