The so-called Ashanti sex tape runs 28 seconds. It shows a young black woman standing in a wooded area next to an open car door, then lying naked in the passenger seat of the car touching herself.

A brief graphic promotes the long-extinct pornsite “Brooklyn Bitches”.

Copies circulating online suffer from so much graininess and compression that it’s impossible to tell if it’s really Ashanti or not.

It’s possible that Ashanti made this short video before her music career took off, either for money or for fun. It’s also possible that someone noticed the model’s resemblance to Ashanti and decided to rename the clip “Ashanti sex tape”.
