Real? No. It was a prank, and Ron Paul turned down the offer.

In the film Bruno, the title character tries to arrange a celebrity sex tape in order to get famous. His chosen target: Ron Paul, longtime Texas congressman, hardcore libertarian with a christian conservative bent, and 2008 candidate for the Republican nomination for president. “Bruno” arranged an interview with Paul, then lured Paul into a darkened room with a night-vision camera. Bruno then tried to seduce Paul, who quickly stormed out of the room yelling “that guy’s a queer!”
