In February 2005, Elisabeth Jagger and boyfriend Calum Best spent some time at a London nightclub called Kabaret. Both have famous parents — she’s the daughter of rockstar Mick Jagger, he’s the son of football great George Best.

Late that night, Jagger and Best engaged in a steamy makeout session in the club’s stairwell. They apparently didn’t notice or care that they were being watched by security guards, other club patrons and the club’s 24-hour closed-circuit TV system.

Still frames from the CCTV footage showed up in the tabloids a week later. One observer said, “They didn’t care that all their groping and petting could easily be seen by security and other guests and just carried on. They did everything except have full sex. They were doing the most private things and the guard could see everything.But they just carried on.”

Rumors swirled that the owner of Kabaret might release the video footage as an Elisabeth Jagger – Calum Best sex tape. Jagger filed a lawsuit to prevent the video footage from being distributed publicly. Elisabeth Jagger eventually bought the rights to the CCTV footage in order to prevent its release.

It worked — the stairwell makeout video has never leaked out.
