On August 2, Perez Hilton posted a short notice about an upcoming Eva Mendes sex tape. “In fact, we’re told the tape is expected to hit the Internets tomorrow, Tuesday,” he teased.

The promised sex tape appeared the following day on schedule. It turned out to be a 90-second humorous skit at FunnyOrDie.com in which Eva Mendes hawks her new brand of adhesive tape.

Maybe someday Eva Mendes will grace us with a real sex tape. We can dream.
